This refreshing antiseptic toner sweeps away excel oils and debris as it soothes and purifies oily, combination or problem skin without over drying. Witch hazel's astrigent properties are gentle yet effective in calming and balancing oily skin. Chamomile, grapefruit and lemon essential oils leave skin super clean.

Caring for oil or acne-prone skin does not mean trying to dry the skin out! Despite having excess oil, skin may still lack moisture, or water in the skin cells. Dehydrated skin may be even more prone to breakouts. Alcohol free toner will help clean and purify skin without overdrying. Tap water/hard water leave mineral deposits on the skin, which can cause skin to feel tight, dry and flaky. This often causes clients to believe their skin is drier than it in fact is; as a result, they may over-moisturize which can cause congestion or breakout. Purifying toner removes this mineral residue, lightly hydrates without adding oil and prepares skin for the proper protective treatment.
